Fresher - Corporate Sales

As a key member of CapitalSquare Group, you will play a crucial role in the Corporate Insurance vertical, specifically in the Mumbai/Delhi location. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Accountable for acquiring new large accounts for the Corporate Insurance channel - Managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the assigned location - Providing support to the Head of Strategic Corporate Accounts - Ensuring retention of existing books for corporate sales - Building strong relationships with all clients to enhance customer satisfaction - Managing Management Information System (MIS) for effective decision-making - Preparing productivity charts and sharing dashboards with Senior Management - Taking charge of the operations of the vertical To excel in this role, you should possess the following competencies: - Strong Planning and Execution skills - Excellent Interpersonal skills - Team Management capabilities - Proficient Negotiation Skills - Effective Relationship Management abilities In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates who are Any Graduate with a relevant experience of 5-10 years in the General Insurance (GI) industry or Insurance Broking industry. Additionally, having Insurance Professional Qualifications would be an added advantage. Knowledge of Regulatory matters related to the Insurance Broking Industry and holding a Broker certification are preferred.
