Role Overview

We are seeking a Fresh Chartered Accountant to take on the role of Manager. This is a unique opportunity for a newly qualified CA to step into a managerial position and grow into a leadership role with mentorship and structured development.

This is a full-time office-based role, and the selected candidate will be expected to manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate with team members, and ensure smooth functioning of internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client engagements in audit, taxation, and financial advisory
• Supervise junior team members and review their work
• Prepare and present financial reports and tax filings
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Oversee office administration and internal coordination
• Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (recently cleared CA Final)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
