Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive – Tally Data Entry to handle day-to-day accounting entries, maintain records, and ensure accuracy of financial data using Tally ERP. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, Tally software, and basic Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Handle bank entries, cash vouchers, and petty cash transactions.
• Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer ledgers.
• Generate and maintain invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
• Support senior accountants in monthly/annual closing of accounts.
• Ensure timely data entry with accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts data entry or bookkeeping.
• Understanding of accounting concepts like debit/credit, ledgers, and reconciliation.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in telecom/ISP or service industry accounting.
• Knowledge of GST/TDS filing process.
