Job Description

As a technical support representative at this US based MNC, your role will involve conducting remote troubleshooting and coordinating with Engineering for tracking field issues. You will be responsible for logging product bugs in a central database, assisting team members with troubleshooting, and performing administrative tasks as necessary. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting remote troubleshooting for technical issues. - Coordinating with Engineering to track field issues and implement product modifications. - Logging product bugs in a central database. - Assisting other team members with troubleshooting and administrative tasks. Qualifications required for this role: - A minimum of 55% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation. - Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport with customers, peers, and managers. - General understanding of electrical concepts, AC & DC circuits, with an electrical or electronics background being highly desirable. Preferred qualifications: - BE in Electrical Engineering. - Exposure to solar/PV-related environments. Additionally, the following qualifications are required: - B.Tech/BE/B.Sc/M.Tech/ME/M.Sc degree. - C1 or C2 certification is mandatory.,
