Multilingual Customer Support Specialist

You will be responsible for answering inbound Emails, Chats, and Phone calls in the Customer Support queue during your assigned hours. Additionally, you will conduct remote troubleshooting of products, troubleshoot, approve, and execute warranty claims, and provide pre-sales information about products. You will assist with the activation of new sites as needed and document all activity in a central CRM/Help Desk software platform. Furthermore, you will coordinate with Engineering to track field issues and subsequent product modifications, log product bugs in a central database, and assist other team members with troubleshooting and administrative tasks. Participation in ongoing training and education of industry standards and product-specific information is also required. You are expected to follow departmental conventions and procedures, professionally represent the company via all communication mediums, and abide by all company policies and standards of conduct as outlined in the employee manual. Other duties as assigned should also be performed as needed. Qualifications for this role include being a Graduate in B.E/B.Tech/BCA/B.SC IT, possessing interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and establish working relationships, having experience in a fast-paced technical support or customer service position, and demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in GERMAN, French, and Spanish with a C1 Certification is required, while knowledge of Japanese at N2 or N3 level is preferred. Being computer literate with essential PC skills and desirable Mac OS knowledge is necessary. A general understanding of electrical concepts, AC & DC circuits, and an electrical or electronics background would be highly desirable.
