Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide high-quality language support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in French language.
Work on a rotational shift schedule including evenings (10 AM - 7 PM) from Monday to Saturday.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Work location : Bangalore

Notice period : Immediate

Requirements:

Candidate Must have minimum One year experience and fluent in French.
Flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
Open to candidates of any grad and undergraduates.
Must reside within a 25 km radius.
night shift allowances will be provided.

Desired Candidate Profile

B1/B2 level proficiency in French language certification required.
Minimum 1-4 years of experience as a French Language Expert or similar role preferred.
Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written fluency in both English and French languages.
