Required Knowledge/Skills (BQ):

• Provide expert-level technical support for the freight payment system, resolving complex user inquiries and system issues efficiently.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced system errors, bugs, and performance issues, utilizing a deep understanding of system architecture and functionalities.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to empower users with the knowledge and skills to utilize the freight pay system effectively. Mentor junior support staff and provide guidance on complex issues.
• Oversee routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure system security and optimal performance. Coordinate with IT and external vendors as needed.
• Manage the escalation of critical system issues, working closely with IT and other technical teams to implement robust solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of system issues, resolutions, and user feedback. Generate reports to inform system improvements and decision-making.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, and accounting teams to align system functionalities with business needs. Provide expert consultation on system enhancements and process improvements.
• Identify and implement opportunities for system enhancements and process optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Lead system testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure new features and updates meet company standards and user expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in technical support or system administration, with a focus on freight payment systems or logistics-related technologies.

• Proficient in troubleshooting techniques. Strong experience working and debugging Java Standard Edition, with front-end development or HTML required

• Strong experience with troubleshooting of Atomic Scheduling Tool

• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and improvement.
