Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker based in Mohali district. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage activities, customer service, dispatching, and account management. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating and securing transportation services, maintaining relationships with clients and carriers, coordinating and shipments, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experiece in US brokerage or dryage
• Customer Service and Account Management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with transportation management software
• Good hike and incentives
• no capping
• 5 days workinh and free cab.
