NOW HIRING: FREIGHT BROKERS (NIGHT SHIFT) Location: On-Site – Phase 8B, Sector 74, Mohali, Punjab Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (IST) Working Days: Monday to Friday Hilrs Business Service Pvt. Ltd. is expanding! We're looking for energetic and ambitious Freight Brokers to join our growing logistics team. If you're a fresher or looking to start a career in U.S.-based logistics, this is the perfect opportunity! Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor freight shipments from pickup to delivery Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers Source relevant freight data and carrier contacts Perform cold calls to generate leads and secure loads Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and clients Learn and work with U.S.-based logistics tools and software Who Can Apply: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Confidence and eagerness to learn Basic computer knowledge Freshers are welcome – full training provided Why Work With Us: Gain hands-on experience in U.S. logistics Night shift with weekends off Clear career growth opportunities Professional and supportive office environment Office location in a well-connected area of Mohali Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Night shift US shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
