Freight Broker (1-3 Years Experience)

Load Karma is looking for motivated and experienced Freight Brokers to join our growing logistics team in Mohali . The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of proven experience in freight brokerage and be ready to contribute from day one. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle freight brokerage operations Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries Resolve any freight-related issues efficiently Requirements: 1-3 years of experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics role Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be located in Mohali Immediate joiners preferred Perks & Benefits: Cab facility provided Meal facility included Dynamic and supportive work environment Opportunity to grow within the logistics industry Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Night shift Work Location: In person
