We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Video Producer to oversee the production of engaging, high-quality video content from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will combine strong storytelling skills with technical expertise to bring ideas to life, ensuring all productions align with brand guidelines, target audience needs, and project timelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
Plan shoot logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, location scouting, and equipment procurement.
Source and coordinate with on-screen talent, crew members, and freelancers.
Manage the video shoot process, ensuring smooth execution on set.
Direct crew, talent, and activities during shoots to achieve creative vision.
Ensure technical standards for lighting, sound, and framing are met.
Oversee editing, motion graphics, sound design, and color grading.
Review drafts, provide creative feedback, and ensure final delivery meets expectations.
Manage versioning and format adaptations for different platforms (social media, web, TV, etc.).
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
Maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and freelance professionals.
Keep up-to-date with video production trends, tools, and best practices.
Bachelors degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in video production, preferably in a creative, media, or corporate environment.
Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
Knowledge of camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording equipment.
Familiarity with different video formats, codes, and distribution platforms.
Strong storytelling and creative direction skills.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
May be required to travel for shoots from time to time.
Flexible schedule for weekend or evening shoots as required.
