Video Editor (Remote – India)

• Compensation: ₹25,000/month

• Expected Output: 3–5 videos per week

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative yet efficient video editor to join our team. The role involves editing talking-head explainer videos — making them engaging with clean cuts, on-screen text, and light animations. You’ll receive recorded videos of me speaking, and your job will be to transform them into polished, viewer-friendly content that keeps the audience’s attention without overcomplicating the visuals.

What You’ll Do

• Edit 3 to 5 videos per week (each typically 5–10 minutes).
• Add relevant text callouts, motion graphics, stock visuals, and transitions to enhance clarity and viewer engagement.
• Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with the brand’s tone.
• Optimize for YouTube and social platforms (aspect ratio, pacing, subtitles if needed).
• Communicate proactively on timelines and revisions.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with talking-head or explainer-style videos.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Ability to meet consistent weekly deadlines (minimum 3 videos/week).
• Strong sense of design and attention to detail — clean, simple, effective edits.
• Reliable internet connection and responsive communication.

Compensation & Commitment

• Fixed pay: ₹25,000/month.
