Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw property footage into high-quality marketing videos, virtual tours, and highlight reels.
• Create visually appealing

  short-form content

  for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Add

  titles, captions, animations, transitions, and music

  to enhance viewer engagement.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align video style with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Adjust pacing, color grading, and audio levels for professional output.
• Deliver multiple versions and formats optimized for different platforms (web, social, advertising).
• Maintain an organized archive of video assets for future use.
• Suggest creative ideas for content based on real estate market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a

  video editor

  (real estate editing experience preferred).
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong sense of visual composition, timing, and storytelling.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing styles, including cinematic walkthroughs and aerial (drone) footage integration.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver revisions promptly.
• Familiarity with

  social media algorithms

  and optimization for engagement.
