1. Minimum 10 months of experience in BPO.
2. Strong knowledge of BPO processes, customer service/sales, and Communication skills.
3. Good knowledge of Grammar is expected.
4. The trainer needs to be well-versed in Grammar, Accent, Written English, Customer Service / Sales and American Culture.
5. Excellent Presentation and Facilitation skills are expected. The trainer should be able to professionally handle participants.
6. The trainer needs to be proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
7. All trackers and other related documents as required by the client will be maintained by the trainer and shared with the client as per the required timelines.
8. Only training hours are billable (Monday to Friday): breaks, weekends and non-working days are not billable.
9. The trainer needs to facilitate role-playing, Simulations, and other Interactive activities to enhance learning.
10. The trainer needs to monitor and evaluate the Effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
11. Trainer possesses the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
