Freelance Photographer

As a freelance photographer/videographer based in Pune, your role will involve capturing high-quality photos and videos of the Intelligent Agent Masterclass event, including sessions, networking interactions, and the overall event experience. You will be responsible for: - Capturing candid and posed event photographs of attendees, speakers, and group activities. - Recording high-quality video clips of keynote talks, panel discussions, workshops, and participant interactions. - Delivering the complete set of photos and videos (raw and edited) within 3 working days after the event. - Coordinating with the event team to capture key moments. - Bringing high-quality camera, lenses, and basic lighting/audio equipment. Qualifications required for this role include: - Being based in Pune with availability on October 9th & 10th, 2025. - Proven experience in event photography/videography (portfolio required). - Ability to work independently and blend into a professional event environment. - Being punctual, detail-oriented, and responsive. - Owning professional-grade gear for both photo and video. - Having an assistant to support.
