Freelance Landscapist

As a freelance landscapist at Riverwood Projects in Gurugram, your role involves designing, planning, and maintaining outdoor spaces like gardens, parks, and common areas. Your responsibilities include planting, watering, pruning, and overall landscape maintenance to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of the properties. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize landscape designs for the entry road, main boulevard, internal parks, and key corners - Select suitable trees, shrubs, and plants ensuring practical maintenance - Design hardscaping elements like pathways, benches, lighting, and fencing - Prepare planting plans and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) - Conduct on-site visits for supervision during execution - Coordinate with civil and maintenance teams for successful implementation Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in plotted colonies, townships, or group housing projects - Strong design sensibility for premium yet practical landscaping solutions - Knowledge of local soil, climate, and plant species, with expertise in the Kharkhauda/Sonipat region - Availability for site visits during crucial project phases - Minimum of 5 years relevant experience Please note that Riverwood Projects is a new-age real estate company aiming to be one of India's leading developers.
