Freelance Instructional Designer

As an instructional designer, your primary responsibilities will include interacting with subject matter experts to gather information. You will be tasked with selecting, modifying, or creating a design and development model that is suitable for the project at hand. Your role will also involve suggesting instructional enhancements to the content assets to ensure a superior learning experience. In this position, it will be crucial for you to identify any gaps in the content and take the necessary steps to fill them. You will be expected to review all content assets to ensure they align with the instructional guidelines. Additionally, conducting a thorough language review and formatting check will be part of your routine tasks. As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to develop guidelines and templates as needed. You will also be responsible for creating Level 2 and Level 3 e-Learning storyboards, as well as Gamified e-Learning storyboards. Collaboration with developers to explain functionality and ensure compliance with instructions will be essential. Furthermore, your role will involve engaging with clients to understand their requirements and effectively implement them.
