Freelance Graphic Designer

About Us:
88 Digital Co. is a dynamic digital marketing agency delivering creative solutions to clients across industries. We’re looking for a talented Freelance Graphic & Motion Designer who can bring ideas to life with both static and animated visuals.

Role:

• Work on graphic and motion design projects for various digital marketing campaigns.
• Create high-quality visuals using industry-standard software.
• Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining creative quality.
• Flexible freelance role with the potential to transition into a full-time, in-office position after completion of 3-4 successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design static and animated creatives for social media, ads, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements.
• Deliver 7–9 creatives for a full day of work (3–5 for half-day work; numbers may vary depending on project complexity).
• Ensure timely delivery of all assigned work (notifications given 24–48 hours in advance).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic and motion design.
• Preferred experience working with a digital marketing agency.
• Proficient in: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Currently freelancing but open to transitioning into full-time work.
• Ability to work flexible hours, preferably 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM.
• Strong sense of deadlines and commitment to meeting KPIs.

Compensation:

• Payment based on the number of days worked.
• Full-time opportunity available after successful completion of initial projects.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹2,000.00 per day
