About the Role

Generative AI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills.

As a General QA (AI Trainer)

Responsibilities:

• Prompt & Output Review:

  Evaluate AI prompts and responses for clarity, correctness, fairness, and compliance with guidelines. Provide feedback to ensure outputs meet high-quality standards.

• Content Refinement:

  Identify issues such as ambiguity, factual errors, formatting inconsistencies, or bias in AI outputs, and suggest improvements.

• Auditing Work:

  Review tasks completed by other contributors, ensuring they follow project guidelines. Provide constructive feedback and edit content as needed to improve quality.

• Chat Moderation:

  Provide support by addressing project-related questions from other experts in Discord chats, especially those related to project guidelines.

• Guideline Application:

  Apply quality rubrics consistently to ensure outputs align with established standards.

• You have a

  Bachelor s Degree or Master s Degree

  3-5 years of professional experience
