Freelance Event Coordinators

As a Freelance Event Coordinator at Universal Travel Conclave (UTC-CONNECT), your role will involve on-site event coordination for premium two-day events in various locations such as Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Delhi, Mumbai, Guwahati, Raipur, Dubai, Bangkok, Colombo, Kuala Lumpur, etc. You will have the flexibility to choose specific locations based on your market connections. Your responsibilities will include event planning, stakeholder communication, customer service, event management, and sales activities. Key Responsibilities - Plan and coordinate events effectively - Communicate with stakeholders including Travel Agents, State Tourism Boards, DMCs, Airlines, and Tour Operators - Provide excellent customer service to attendees - Manage all aspects of the event on-site - Engage in sales activities to promote the event and secure partnerships Qualifications - Possess strong event planning and event management skills - Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service abilities - Showcase sales skills to drive partnerships and collaborations - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential - Experience in the travel industry would be advantageous - Pursuing or completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus,
