Freelance English>Oriya/Odia Translator

We are currently seeking experienced EN>Oriya/Odia translators for a long-term project in the consumer electronics industry.

Project Details:

Language Pair: English>Oriya/Odia

- Content: UI and Privacy policies that appears or related with the electronic products.

- Area of Expertise: Consumer electronics

-Tool: GienTrans(our own online translation system, similar to Trados, we can provide training if needed.)

Responsibilities:

-Provide professional written translation/review/QA from source language to target language

-Proactively good search of reference materials, follow instructions and raise valid queries during translation

-Do final check to avoid low-level mistakes according to PM's requirements

-Implement feedback if any

Requirements:

1. Freelancers ONLY

2. At least 5 years of solid experience in the ICT field, particularly with privacy polices for consumer electronics.

3. Familiarity with CAT tools.

4. Ability to respond promptly to urgent tasks.

5.Accept a free test(<300 words)

6.Graduated from a language or translation related major, or have any language-related certificates(such as language proficiency tests, translation credentials from recognized associations, and so on)

 Payment: Invoice submission deadline is 26th each month. Payments will be made 18-24 of the next months on time.

 The on boarding process would be the： Rate Negotiation &check related experience > Free Test > Sign in resource system (GV) &Sign Contract (if passed the test) > for projects
