KAS Mentor is currently looking for an experienced faculty for chemistry to handle sessions for Degree level Secretariate Assistant Examination Aspirants. An ideal candidate would be proficient in chemistry in a post-graduate level with UPSC or PSC exposure.

• Syllabus Mastery and Content Development: Thoroughly understand and master the Degree-level Chemistry syllabus for PSC/SSC/KAS examinations. This includes a deep knowledge of topics such as Physical, Inorganic, and Organic Chemistry, as well as relevant concepts from analytical and environmental chemistry.
• Lesson Planning: Develop and prepare detailed, well-structured, and engaging lesson plans aligned with the provided organizational guidelines and the official examination syllabus. Ensure the curriculum is up-to-date with any changes in exam patterns or content.
• Live Session Delivery: Conduct live online classes and interactive sessions with students. This includes presenting complex topics clearly, using effective teaching methodologies, and encouraging student participation through questions and discussions.
• Doubt Resolution: Address and clarify student queries, doubts, and misconceptions during live sessions and through dedicated doubt-clearing channels. Provide comprehensive and timely responses to ensure a strong understanding of the subject matter.
• Content Recording: Be available to record high-quality, pre-recorded video lessons and lectures. Ensure the content is clear, concise, and effectively organized for asynchronous learning.
• Assessment Creation: Create and design practice questions, quizzes, mock tests, and assignments that mimic the style and difficulty of the actual PSC/SSC/KAS examinations. This includes developing both multiple-choice and descriptive questions, as required.

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: ₹750.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 8 per week
