Freelance Consultant Internal Communications

As a Consultant Internal Communications for our client, an American multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation, you will be entrusted with key responsibilities. Your role will involve handling leader communications, internal employee communications, organization-wide change management communication, and sending newsletters. Additionally, you will be expected to have proficiency in conducting employee engagement activities and overseeing internal events such as town halls, business POAs, family days, and festivities. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience along with a solid background in internal communications and change management. Exceptional communication skills are a must-have for this role. Moreover, prior experience in conducting employee engagement activities and managing internal events is highly desirable. Your ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across various functions will be crucial to your success in this position. This is a full-time role based in Mumbai with a duration of 6 months.
