Freelance Architect

As a Freelance Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading exciting projects with unlimited earning potential. If you are an innovative architect with a passion for bringing ideas to life and ensuring flawless execution, this opportunity is for you. In this role, you will be responsible for project management, client coordination, vendor collaboration, design adaptations, and quality assurance. Your main responsibilities will include owning the project journey from working drawing creation to final completion, collaborating with our Turnkey Partner for seamless coordination, implementing smart design changes during execution, being the key contact for clients, building and nurturing client relationships, monitoring every stage for accuracy and excellence, and consistently delivering projects that exceed expectations. We are looking for an independent Architect/Interior Designer with strong execution and project management skills. You should have solid expertise in designing and on-site project handling, excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities, a detail-oriented and quality-focused approach, and prior experience in residential/commercial turnkey projects would be a strong advantage.
