Role Overview:

PRAKRIA is looking for a Freelance 3D Artist & Animator with strong expertise in Lumion and interior design rendering. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, the ability to produce photorealistic interior and exterior visuals, and the skills to create engaging 3D animations that bring architectural and design concepts to life.

This is a freelance role, ideal for a creative professional who thrives on producing high-quality renders and animations, and can manage projects independently while aligning with brand and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create photorealistic 3D renders of interiors, exteriors, and architectural spaces using Lumion and related software.

• Develop 3D walkthroughs, flythroughs, and animations that showcase design concepts effectively.

• 
  

• Collaborate with creative directors, architects, and designers to interpret concepts and transform them into compelling 3D visuals.

• 
  

• Work on lighting, texturing, and material realism to ensure high-quality outputs.

• 
  

• Maintain consistency in style, branding, and project objectives across all deliverables.

• 
  

• Optimize 3D files for efficient rendering and smooth performance.

• 
  

• Stay updated with new techniques, plugins, and rendering trends in architectural visualization and 3D animation.

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a 3D Artist & Animator, preferably in architectural visualization or interior design.

• Proficiency in Lumion (mandatory) and at least one modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or Maya.

• Strong skills in lighting, materials, and realistic rendering.

• Hands-on experience in creating animated walkthroughs, flythroughs, and camera animations.

• Portfolio showcasing high-quality interior/exterior renders and animations (applications without portfolio will not be considered).

• Ability to work on deadlines and manage multiple projects independently.

• Background in architecture, interior design, or visualization.

• Knowledge of V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or Unreal Engine is an added advantage.

• Understanding of motion graphics/post-production tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) for enhancing renders and animations.

• Strong eye for design aesthetics, composition, and detail.
