1. Team Management & Project Delivery: Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring project deadlines and deliverables are met efficiently.
2. HRMS, Payroll, Accounting, Buying, Selling, Inventory, and Compliance: Extensive hands-on experience in customizing and optimizing HRMS-Payroll, buying, selling, and Accounting, in ERPNext and built a stand-alone Compliance module.
3. API Integration: Expertise in integrating third-party applications with ERPNext, ensuring seamless data exchange and automation.
4. Customization & Enhancements: Developing and implementing custom modules and features tailored to business requirements.
5.Deployment & Server Management: Experienced in deploying applications, maintaining GitHub repositories, and managing AWS servers to ensure scalability, security, and optimal performance. 6.Process Optimization: Continuously improving workflows, enhancing system performance, and implementing best practices for ERP solutions.
Experience in ERPNext, Odoo, JS, MySQL, MariaDB, Python Frappe-based Web and Mobile App development.
Experience with workflows, access controls, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards design and developmentExperience with Scrum/Agile development methodologiesOOP concepts and Full-stack DevelopmentMySQL or MariaDB or equivalentExperience with one or more Modules like Human Resources, CRM, Buying, Selling, Asset Management, Stock, Buying, Accounting, and Project.A combined experience of one or more of the following applications: Sage ERP, Odoo, ERPNext, etc
