Franchise Success Manager

The role of Sr. Manager/Manager- Franchise Success & Development involves taking care of the business and operations of assigned offline coaching centers. You will be responsible for center staff training and overall center development. Implementing strategies to ensure the growth of assigned centers in terms of student enrollments is a key aspect of this role. Your duties will also include the successful conduction of student scholarship exams and generating revenue through network affiliates. Identifying new markets and expanding the existing network will be crucial for the role. Daily reporting and management information system (MIS) of assigned accounts will be part of your responsibilities. Conducting seminars/webinars and representing the organization when needed is also expected. As frequent travel across PAN India will be involved, readiness to travel is essential. Previous experience in handling an offline branch/center is mandatory for this role.
