Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sale Manager, located in Delhi, India. The Franchise Sale Manager will be responsible for managing franchise sales, generating leads, developing franchise business plans, and ensuring effective communication with potential franchisees. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and approaching prospective franchisees, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing support to franchise partners.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising
  • Skills in Business Planning and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
