This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Owner at Excursia Travel, located in Pune. The Franchise Owner will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their travel franchise. Tasks include managing sales targets, recruiting and training new staff, developing customer service standards, and implementing franchising guidelines. They will ensure the franchise meets company standards and delivers exceptional travel experiences to customers.

Qualifications

Experience in Franchising and ability to implement franchising guidelines
Skills in Training and Recruiting staff
Proven track record in Sales and meeting sales targets
Strong Customer Service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a team
Relevant experience in the travel industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field is preferred
