Based in Mumbai and reporting directly to the Group CFO, this role offers the opportunity to drive financial planning, deliver strategic insights, and partner closely with leadership to shape the companys growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning cycles.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide variance analysis and actionable insights on business performance for senior management.

Business Finance & Strategy

• Act as a strategic finance partner to the leadership team, translating financial data into business recommendations.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Support pricing, cost optimisation, and profitability analysis for different business lines.

Reporting & Insights

• Prepare accurate and timely management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Deliver analytical dashboards and KPIs to track performance against targets.
• Present findings and recommendations directly to the Group CFO and leadership team.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to gather inputs and align on financial assumptions.
• Work closely with investors, auditors, and external consultants when required.

Key Requirements:

Education & Background

• Graduate/Postgraduate from top-tier institutions (IITs, IIMs, ISB, or reputed global universities).
• Preferably with prior experience in Big 4 Consulting, corporate strategy, or high-growth start-ups.
• 25 years in FP&A, business finance, or corporate strategy roles.
• Strong exposure to financial modelling, business performance analysis, and strategic planning.
• Experience in data-driven decision-making and working closely with C-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving business environments.
