Hiring for a metal product manufacturing industry

Experience - 3 - 9 Yrs (minimum of 3-5 years of experience in copper foundry operations or a similar role in the other foundry industry )

Role & responsibilities

Develop, implement and maintain foundry processes and procedures to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Troubleshooting and resolving process issues in the foundry to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
Conducting regular inspections and audits of the foundry operations to Creating and sustaining a safe, clean and friendly environmental at workplace.
managing manpower & ensuring the deployment, motivation, skills improvement and overall training of the team.
Preparing and presenting technical reports on foundry operations and process improvements.
Knowledge of Vertical semi continuous slab casting, DC Caster /Vertical Slab/Billet/Bloom casting experience.
