As a member of the founding team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the core product, establishing relationships with early partners, and influencing how India travels with its pets. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Product & Tech** - **CTO / Technical Co-Founder** - Lead architecture, data security, and scalability. - Engage in hands-on coding during the initial phase. - Collaborate closely with the founder and team to ensure product-market fit. - **Full-Stack Developer** - Develop and maintain core modules such as listings, booking, onboarding, and Health ID. - Work in conjunction with the CTO and Product Manager to guarantee a seamless MVP. - **UX/UI Designer** - Design intuitive interfaces and captivating user flows. - Craft a delightful experience for pet parents and accommodation partners. - **Marketing & Sales** - **Marketing & Community Manager** - Generate awareness and excitement surrounding Furever. - Manage social media, create authentic content, and execute early campaigns. - Engage with pet parent communities to refine positioning. - **Sales & Partnerships Manager** - Identify and onboard pet-friendly accommodations and transport partners. - Pitch the value of Furever, establish lasting relationships, and gather insights to enhance the platform. **Qualifications Required:** - **Who You Are** - Versatile and Hands-On - Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adept at cross-functional collaboration. - Builders Mindset - Flourish in an environment with high autonomy and direct impact. - Mission-Aligned - Passionate about pets, travel, and simplifying pet care. - Resourceful - Ability to achieve results with minimal resources and iterate quickly. - Pet Parent = A plus priority. **Additional Details:** Furever offers founding team roles that provide real influence on product and brand direction.
