🚀 We’re hiring a Founding Senior ML Engineer @ Rentomate
At Rentomate, we’re making renting seamless — starting with FlatGPT, our conversational assistant that helps people find flats and flatmates smarter and faster.
We’re looking for a Senior ML Engineer who can:
– Build and optimize LLM pipelines (training, fine-tuning, retrieval, serving)
– Develop recommendation and ranking models for flats & flatmates
– Design evaluation frameworks that balance quality, speed, and cost
As we grow, you’ll also lead:
– Fraud detection, engagement scoring, and reward recommendation systems
– The evolution of Rentomate into a housing + lifestyle ecosystem
💡 We want someone with deep expertise in transformers, RAG, and production ML systems — and the drive to own Rentomate’s AI roadmap end-to-end.
