Job Description

We are looking for a Founding Engineer to join our core product team at Snazzy. This is not a standard job you ll be one of only two engineers working directly with the founders to shape, architect, and scale a high-impact product from the ground up.

What You ll Do

Architect, build, and ship end-to-end features across backend (Golang, PostgreSQL, GCP) and frontend (ReactJS).
Own critical systems: from designing data models to optimizing user experience.
Take full responsibility for performance, security, and scalability of our applications.
Collaborate closely with founders to turn product vision into working software.
Wear multiple hats from DevOps to debugging until the team scales.

What We re Looking For

1 5 years of professional full stack engineering experience.
Strong skills in ReactJS, Golang, PostgreSQL, and GCP (our core stack).
Someone who thrives in high-ownership, low-structure environments.
Bias toward action: you prefer building and iterating quickly over endless discussion.
A builder s mindset you care about product impact, not just clean code.
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently with minimal handholding.

Nice to Have

Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.
Prior exposure to early-stage startups or building 0 1 products.
