Founder’s Office - Strategy & Operations Lead

Your core responsibilities

1. Make the team faster, clearer, and more aligned

• Run daily standups with engineering & design
• Track deliverables, blockers, risks
• Ensure deadlines are real
• Follow-up relentlessly
• Convert founder’s direction into actionable tasks
• Keep the founder and CTO fully in sync

2. Be the founder’s execution engine

• Manage weekly priorities
• Build summaries, reports, decisions
• Reduce cognitive load for the founder
• Help with market research, internal docs, and product clarity

3. Product & GTM alignment

• Help refine product flows & UX clarity
• Coordinate user calls and summarize insights
• Partner with founder to improve internal storytelling & product narratives

4. Operational backbone

• Own internal processes
• Keep documentation up-to-date
• Anticipate problems before they blow up
• Handle ambiguity with maturity

Who you are (the non-negotiables)

• 2–6 years

  in ops / PM / chief of staff / consulting / founder’s office
• Exceptional written and spoken English
• Good at breaking down complex problems
• Strong follow-through (you remember what others forget)
• Thrives in fast-moving startup chaos
• Emotionally stable
• Low ego, high ownership
• Loves structure, clarity, and being reliable
• Can push back respectfully when needed
• Not afraid of conflict

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with AI tools
• SaaS or B2B background
• Worked with founders directly
• Strong note-taking & synthesis ability
• Operated teams across timezones
