Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Collaborate with the founders' office on strategic and operational initiatives across departments Drive cross-functional projects in areas such as marketing, retail, product, and operations to support brand growth Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and consumers to inform business decisions Coordinate key meetings and support process improvements through workflow documentation and team collaboration Requirements Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree, preferably in BBA/MBA or a related field Possess strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders Think quickly, be resourceful, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Be capable of executing and supporting multiple projects simultaneously Willing to work from the Mumbai office 5 days a week Be sharp, driven, and eager to learn Be available for a minimum internship duration of 2 to 3 months About Company: The Souled Store is a youth lifestyle brand that started in 2013.
