About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Work closely with MD/CEO to develop and execute strategic initiatives 2. Support cross-functional teams in aligning company goals with operational execution 3. Identify and prioritize key business opportunities and challenges 4. Streamline decision-making processes and improve organizational efficiency 5. Act as a liaison between the MD/CEO and leadership team, ensuring clear and efficient communication 6. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings 7. Represent the MD/CEO in high-level internal and external meetings when needed 8. Provide mentorship and guidance to senior leaders and key stakeholders 9. Ensure financial health and sustainability, setting targets and managing budgets 10. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and ensure alignment on company priorities 11.
