About the job: As a founder's office associate, you will work directly with the founding team to drive strategic initiatives, solve high-impact problems, and ensure cross-functional alignment across business verticals. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is obsessed with execution, and wants a front-row seat in scaling a fast-growing consumer brand. Key Responsibilities: 1. Act as a strategic partner to the founders across functions like marketing, operations, product, and finance. 2. Drive the execution of special projects, cross-team initiatives, and high-priority experiments. 3. Conduct deep-dive analyses, prepare reports, and generate insights to support decision-making. 4. Coordinate with leadership across teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. 5. Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and lead process improvement initiatives. 6. Represent the founder in internal and external meetings when required. 7. Maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality. What we're looking for: 1. Experience in consulting, VC, growth-stage startups, or high-intensity project management roles. 2. Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work under tight deadlines. 4. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint/Slides, and data storytelling. 5. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and bias for action. 6. Passion for wellness, Ayurveda, or consumer brands is a big plus. Why join us? 1.
