About Us

We are a fast-growing startup (or early-stage venture) operating in [industry/domain — e.g. FinTech / EdTech / HealthTech / Consumer / etc.]. The Founders’ Office acts as the nerve centre for strategy, operations, and high-impact projects. As an intern in the Founders’ Office, you’ll have exposure to almost every function of the business and work closely with the leadership team on pivotal initiatives.

What You’ll Do

As a Founders’ Office Intern, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with strategic initiatives, research, and market intelligence
• Conducting competitive analysis, industry benchmarking, and business landscape mapping
• Supporting investor relations: preparing pitch decks, data rooms, and investor updates
• Assisting with business development, partnership outreach, and stakeholder management
• Helping with internal reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Working cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, and finance teams
• Managing special projects as assigned by the founders / leadership
• Ad hoc tasks: scheduling, event coordination, documentation, etc.

You’ll get a front-row seat into decision making, hands-on experience, and the chance to make real impact.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves / Key Qualities:

• Based in (or able to commute to) Mumbai / Bombay
• Strong academic record (undergraduate / postgraduate)
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• High level of ownership, initiative, and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint / Google Slides
• Comfortable with research, data analysis, and synthesizing insights
• Prior internship / project experience (preferred, not mandatory)
• Availability of [X hours per week / full-time days] during the internship period

Bonus / Preferred Skills:

• Experience with financial modelling, BI tools, or analytics platforms
• Experience in startups, consulting, or domain-relevant internships
• Familiarity with investor decks, pitch creation, fundraising process
• Basic understanding of business operations, metrics, KPIs
