Role Description

This is an on-site internship for a Founder&aposs Office - Biz Ops located in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. We&aposre on the lookout for a proactive and analytical Sales & Revenue Operations Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone eager to dive into the world of sales strategies, revenue analytics, and operational excellence. You&aposll work closely with our sales and marketing teams, gaining hands-on experience in driving growth and efficiency.

The intern will assist with communication and customer service, support the sales team and marketing function, participate in training sessions, and help manage sales operations. The intern will also play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Enablement:

    Assist in developing sales materials, including pitch decks, playbooks, and product one-pagers.
  • Data Analysis:

    Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • CRM Management:

    Maintain and update our CRM system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Process Optimization:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and improve operational workflows.
  • Market Research:

    Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform sales tactics.

What We&aposre Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo. Clay).
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A curious mind with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
