We’re a young, passionate team that understands how people uniquely shop online. From thumb-stopping ads to performance-driven media buying, we craft magic. About the Role : You’ll be the founder’s right hand. Think COO-meets-James Bond. Your job is to bring structure to chaos and build Neuroid’s rocket ship behind the scenes. If you love to problem-solve, plan, organize, and run ambitious projects, this is for you. What You'll Do : Handle internal operations, people workflows, sprint progress, and dashboards. Be the point person for internal team structure, SOPs, communication, and high-level project execution. Manage priorities and act as a buffer for founder distractions. Own projects from "Hey we should..." to "Done and dusted." Keep the team in sync, deadlines on track, and the founder sane. Who You Are : 1–3 years of startup/agency/consulting or founder's office experience. Extremely organized, proactive, and detail-obsessed. Strong communicator – you write well, talk clearly, and simplify chaos. Have experience (or deep curiosity) in marketing, growth, systems, and analytics. Bonus : Exposure to media buying/marketing agencies, working with founders, or running a side hustle. Show more Show less
