Founder Office Associate

Job description:

We are hiring Founders’ Office Associate to work directly with the founding team. This role is best suited for candidates who are multi-talented generalists with a specialization in either Graphic Design or Research & AI.

You will be working on high-impact projects, gaining cross-functional exposure, and directly contributing to the company’s growth journey.

Open Positions

1. Founders’ Office Associate – Graphics & Creative

• Design engaging visuals, pitch decks, and marketing creatives.
• Support branding, campaigns, and content design.
• Assist in general operational and strategic tasks.

Requirements:

• Skilled in Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.

2. Founders’ Office Associate – Research & AI

• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Notion AI, etc.) for automation and insights.
• Assist in preparing reports, strategy notes, and business presentations.
• Support generalist functions across operations and projects.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
