Job Description

Role Overview: As a Forward Deployed Engineer - Deployment Strategist at Salesforce, you will play a pivotal role in deploying AI-powered solutions on Salesforce to drive business impact and adoption. Your responsibilities will include leading the analysis, design, and hands-on solutioning of intelligent AI-powered agents, overseeing the deployment process, and collaborating with client teams to address their operational challenges and strategic goals. You will also serve as a trusted technical advisor and lead a group of peers in the execution of deployment initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the analysis, design, and hands-on solutioning of intelligent AI-powered agents within Salesforce environments - Own the end-to-end data landscape, designing robust data models and building efficient processing pipelines - Oversee the successful deployment of solutions, monitor performance, and implement optimizations for long-term reliability - Focus on rapid prototyping, iterative development, and quick delivery of impactful solutions - Embed deeply with client teams to understand their operational challenges and act as a primary technical advisor - Serve as a vital feedback loop between customers and internal product/engineering teams - Analyze existing business processes and guide customers through process transformation and reengineering - Lead a group of peers in the execution of deployment initiatives, providing technical guidance and ensuring successful project delivery Qualifications Required: - 14+ years of overall experience & 5+ years of hands-on solutioning experience in cloud-based technologies - Understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Flow, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs - Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies - Proficiency in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics - Exceptional ability to confront open-ended problems in unstructured environments - Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and focus on fast delivery and measurable customer impact - Excellent collaboration and communication skills - Proven team leadership experience - Prior customer-facing experience in a technical or consulting role - Ability to travel 25-50% of the time as needed Note: Salesforce is the leading workforce transformation company in the agentic era, empowering individuals to drive innovation and better business through AI solutions.
