Job Title: Formwork Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise formwork execution on-site
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance
• Coordinate with contractors, site teams, and stakeholders
• Review formwork drawings and technical plans
• Plan material requirements and scheduling
• Maintain project documentation and reports
• Collaborate with design and project management teams

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
• 2–3 years of experience in formwork supervision
• Knowledge of formwork systems (aluminium, timber, modular)
• Proficient in reading technical drawings
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
