Formwork Supervisor (Aluminium)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the erection, fixing, alignment, and dismantling of aluminium formwork systems as per drawings and schedule.
Monitor the day-to-day formwork activities on-site and ensure quality execution.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and workers to maintain workflow efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all site operations.
Manage and allocate resources like manpower, tools, and materials for formwork tasks.
Conduct inspections before and after concrete pouring to verify accuracy and stability.
Maintain records of formwork usage, damage, and repair work.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in aluminium formwork systems.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and structural layouts.
Ability to lead and manage a team of formwork carpenters and helpers.
Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in construction.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
