Formwork Site Engineer - Trainee

Location: Bangalore, Mysore & Chennai

Salary: INR 15,000 per month

Formbid Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and dedicated Formwork Site Engineer - Trainee to join our

team. The candidate will work on-site coordinating day-to-day construction activities, ensuring

efficient execution and communication between field and office teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the site and office teams to track and report project progress.

- Supervise and manage the delivery of formwork materials to clients at site.

- Ensure optimal utilization and productivity of site labor force.

- Maintain daily records of site activities, labor, and material movement.

- Ensure that work is executed in line with technical specifications and safety guidelines.

- Provide support in material inventory management and status updates.

- Collaborate with senior engineers to understand the overall formwork lifecycle process.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant construction background.

- Willingness to work on construction sites and relocate as per project requirement.

- Basic understanding of Hindi is advantageous for site coordination.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
