Formwork Design Engineer

Job Description: You will be working as a Formwork Design Engineer at a leading German MNC specializing in formwork and scaffolding solutions for large-scale infrastructure, commercial, and industrial projects. Your role will involve creating safe, efficient, and cost-effective formwork designs for various structures such as slabs, beams, columns, and walls. Collaboration with project and site teams, reviewing vendor/subcontractor designs, preparing BOQs/design reports, and providing on-site troubleshooting support will be key aspects of your job. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review formwork designs and drawings - Conduct structural analysis and calculations - Optimize designs for material efficiency and constructability - Collaborate with project, site, and structural teams - Review vendor/subcontractor designs and offer technical guidance - Prepare BOQs, material estimates, and design reports - Support on-site troubleshooting and modifications Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD, RISA - Knowledge of formwork systems and construction methodologies - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills - Good communication and coordination abilities,
