As a Structural Engineer or Senior Structural Engineer at a leading Japanese MNC specializing in Engineering & EPC services, you will be responsible for structural analysis, design, and engineering for complex offshore and onshore facilities within the FPSO, Oil & Gas, Offshore, Onshore, and Topside projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform structural analysis and design for FPSO, Offshore, Onshore, and Oil & Gas structures. - Develop engineering calculations, analysis reports, and drawings for Topside modules and offshore platforms. - Conduct strength, stability, and fatigue assessments using industry-standard tools. - Review 3D models, fabrication drawings, and design documentation. - Coordinate with multi-discipline and global project teams. - Ensure adherence to international standards such as API, AISC, DNV, ISO, and Eurocodes. - Support technical reviews, client discussions, and construction/installation engineering. **Qualifications:** **For Structural Engineer:** - Bachelors/Masters degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. - 5-10 years of experience in FPSO, Offshore, Oil & Gas, Onshore, or Topside structural engineering. - Proficiency in SACS, STAAD.Pro, SESAM, ANSYS, or equivalent tools. **For Senior Structural Engineer:** - Bachelors/Masters in Civil or Structural Engineering. - 10-15 years of experience in FPSO, Offshore, Oil & Gas, Onshore, or Topside structural design. - Ability to lead engineering tasks and mentor junior engineers. - Strong understanding of advanced structural analysis and international design codes. **Key Skills:** - Offshore and topside structural engineering. - FPSO structural design. - FEA and structural analysis. - Multidisciplinary coordination. - Strong communication and teamwork. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Bangalore, with work to be conducted in person.
