As a Forescout L2 Engineer, you will be responsible for the advanced support, configuration, and optimization of Forescout CounterACT deployments. Youll work closely with the security and network teams to ensure comprehensive device visibility, compliance enforcement, and seamless integration across our infrastructure.
• Provide Level 2 technical support for Forescout CounterACT, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
• Configure and optimize Forescout policies, dashboards, and reports to enhance network visibility and security posture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Forescout with existing security tools and infrastructure
• Monitor and analyze network devices and endpoints to detect and remediate compliance violations or security threats
• Assist in deploying new features, upgrades, and patches for the Forescout platform
• Document configurations, incidents, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity
• Participate in security audits and support compliance requirements
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with Forescout CounterACT platform (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
• 5+ years of experience in IT Service management, (Incident Management, Vendor Management, Problem management, Change management)
• Strong understanding of network security concepts, protocols, and device types
• Experience with NAC (Network Access Control) and endpoint security solutions
