Job Description

As a Forensic Investigation & Dispute Role - Fraud Analytics at our company, your role will involve assisting in conducting Fraud and Misconduct Investigations at various locations across a wide range of industries. You will be responsible for discussing investigative findings with Team Lead/ Manager and other concerned parties, as well as drafting clear, concise, and extremely robust reports within tight timelines. Your work will also involve collaborating with clients, fraud examiners, internal & statutory auditors, attorneys, lawyers, and law enforcement agencies in critical, challenging, and highly sensitive assignments. Additionally, you will assist teams from other business units in investigating certain likely fraud alerts/triggers. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate Risk Analytics for Fraud Detection and find solutions that best meet clients" needs - Develop forensic methodologies and strategies for even the most difficult circumstances - Identify key potential legal and regulatory compliance issues - Provide an objective review of the organization's fraud risk management framework - Use advanced tools and business intelligence techniques for proactive identification of likely issues and events - Maintain client confidential data within PwC policy regarding data protection and confidentiality - Utilize proprietary forensic tools, methodologies, and technology including data mining, mapping, electronic discovery, and computer forensic capabilities - Assist seniors in conducting proactive marketing efforts and sales pitch Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant qualification preferred - Certified Fraud Examiner certification would be an additional advantage - Expertise in detecting and investigating frauds and maintaining corroborative evidence - Prior experience in audit or investigative work, including project management and interview techniques - Familiarity with Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs) and data analytics - Strong understanding of accounting, auditing matters, and internal control concepts - Working knowledge of applicable criminal and civil laws is beneficial - Ability to interact with senior management and handle sensitive issues - Strong team player with willingness to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds - Willingness to travel at short notice - Self-confident, self-motivated, and possessing good communication skills both verbally and in writing Please note that the above details are specific to the role of Forensic Investigation & Dispute Role - Fraud Analytics and the responsibilities and qualifications associated with it.,
